THE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS: 1 | 3 and 1 | 1

Our monthly membership options allow you to choose to invest each month and keep the duration open-ended. We start by identifying short-term needs (e.g. what's happening now and over the next few months) as well as what you are looking to create longer-term, and we balance our approach accordingly.

We will introduce the most salient elements of the core leadership skills as they apply to your situation, and you'll use this support to evaluate and practice different approaches toward the results you want. You'll also have extra support and inspiration from the leadership community.

You can unsubscribe or change your membership at any time. And if you love it, you can stay!

THE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS: 4 | 12 and 12 | 12

Clients who sign up for a year or more are interested in building a long-term relationship with a trusted partner for ongoing executive and career coaching. You enjoy the added benefit of sharing and celebrating the incremental steps toward bigger business, career, and life aspirations that can take several months or more to navigate and bring to fruition. We dive into more subtle adjustments and patterns that reveal themselves in different ways over time. With this option, we enjoy the chance to share the full depth and breadth of our expertise over time to help you create powerful results.

So when you sign up for an annual membership, we'll take a deeper and longer-term view of your opportunities from the beginning. We'll move through the leadership skills in a way that builds the most effective long-term results. While it's true that all of our members create quick and significant change for themselves in the first several weeks, the most interesting stories come from the growing momentum in the months that follow.

The annual memberships also allow you the most flexibility in scheduling your calls. For example, you can group the calls to create longer  "VIP get'r done" sessions of 90 minutes to a half day, which are a popular and much needed boost for many clients! Or you may want to schedule follow-up coaching calls on a weekly or biweekly schedule during a particularly challenging time. These options are perfect if there is a very urgent issue worthy of some laser-focused effort.

On the other hand, you might want to take pauses in between your one-on-one calls. Big trips, summer breaks, an extra busy time with family, an unexpected medical procedure - we understand! That flexibility is built right in to the annual memberships. We'll send you reminders, and you schedule your calls when it works for you.

Idea #3: Invest in a year of support

The 4 | 12 provides 4 one-on-one calls over 12 months for an investment of $1,500.
