Erin (Pink) Mosley

Hello! A little more about me as a human and the "calling" that is Erin Mosley, Inc. and The Mosley Institute for Leadership.

Over my working life, I've been an ice cream scooper, engineer, management consultant, chronic volunteer, and manager of various kinds.

My executive leadership experience comes from being a global director and vice president at a Fortune 500 firm, board member and officer of multiple non-profits, and founder of two companies.

I'm honored to have served as a trusted advisor to programs and leadership teams at Duke University; Harvard University;
the Water Environment Federation; Fortune-listed companies; U.S. cities; and many smaller businesses, non-profits, and academic programs. I was named a WEF Fellow in 2021.

My team and I are always studying something new to bring into our own practices and to share with you.

Mostly I like to share my stories through the work itself and the voices of our clients.

If you'd like more information (media inquiries, program questions, where does "Pink" come from, why are there porcelain shards on the stage in this picture, etc.) please send me a note and we can set up a time to talk. I'd love to hear from you.

Our Commitment to Equity and Belonging

True equity has a felt sense of  connection.
To maintain it takes integrity, courage, and risk.

We want to share a snapshot of how we center equity at EMI:

Work with executives and boards to understand and eradicate systemic bias on an organizational and industry-wide level throughout North America and beyond.
Design and teach leadership workshops and curricula that create psychologically safe environments in which to explore and practice approaches around difficult workplace and societal topics, including: racial, gender, neurodiversity, and identity equity; intergenerational communications; the importance of shared purpose and creating true connection with others (especially those with very different views); risk, change, and uncertainty; and even accumulated stressors and collective trauma.

design and influence

create new approaches

Engage our volunteer time and pro bono work to create and support visible national platforms that spotlight inequity and injustice (for example – to move historically excluded professionals to positions of leadership and influence; address socioeconomic disparities in public infrastructure services; and improve community engagement).
Provide career and executive coaching and leadership development that includes the skills above and - in particular - how to lead radical change in the real world.

Offer free coaching sessions (contact us).

lead radical change

speak up
and listen

Speak up on equity (and what we also call a true sense of belonging and connection) when we have the mic: interviews, podcasts, and other media.

Listen and learn every day. We are steadfast in rooting out our own biases, triggers, and blindspots. We know we can do more.

We don't publish this information to impress anyone or seek gold stars.
We post it to be a part of the unequivocal call to action - and to engage with you.
